Chef Steve has a  passion for local, seasonal, fresh ingredients and is reflected in the menus presented at The Lord Nelson Restaurant.

 

With a Michelin Star restaurant background in Europe, Chef Steve also posseses a wide portfolio of fine culinary masterpieces, which he mastered through the best kitchen and masters, that he trained under.

Chef Steve's approach to innovative culinary passion combined with restructured classics, ensures a top end cuisine, that can be enjoyed in every single dish that he creates for patrons.

 

Etienne Farrugia - PATRON / MANAGER

 

Mr. Farrugia's expertise in hospitality, specifically in food and beverage operations, led him to this new venture of running the front of house operations at The Lord Nelson Restaurant. 

A unique host, with customer experience set as the main priority of this fine dining landmark, which he intends to build on the past tradition of the restaurant, and improve it  in every detail.

 

Etienne's dream is to ensure the patrons receive only the finest product and the most memorable dining experience, in the magical setting of an old townhouse, which in itself creates an intimate, relaxing, romantic experience.

MEET THE TEAM

 

A new experienced team has been introduced to the Lord Nelson Restaurant. The introduction like Etienne Farrugia managing the front of house and wine selection, and Steve Vella, heading the kitchen brigade, needless to say, that the enthusiasm and energy is at its highest level. 

Since September 22nd 2016, the diners at the refurbished and upgraded Lord Nelson Restaurant, in Mosta, have experienced a unique culinary journey, and the our team ensures the highest standards in gastronomic excellence. Both Etienne and Steve, together with their strong team, welcome you, to experience new heights in fine dining.
